preliminary Notes
This list of hotkeys assumes that English language QWERTY is the keyboard layout in use, and reflects the latest osara key map when it has been installed without modifications. Careful planning was done so that they would be grouped into categories which can be navigated by headings. If IN doubt, you can always Toggle OSARA's Shortcut Help mode to check what a keystroke does by hitting F12. Note for Mac users: all keystrokes listed in this document are based on the OSARA key map for Windows. When translating them over to Mac, keep these conventions in mind:
- Alt becomes Option
- Control becomes Command,
- Shift stays as is,
- The Windows key becomes Control,
- On Macbook keyboards, home and end=FN+Left and FN+Right arrows respectively, and page-up and page-down = FN+Up and FN+Down arrows respectively.
There are a few exceptions where OSARA's key map consortium group had to deviate from those rules to avoid clashing with established Mac OS system shortcuts. They'll be noted throughout where appropriate.

unassigned keystrokes
Usually, No Op, No Action means that a keystroke that was once assigned to a plug-in or action that belonged to an extenssion is no longer assigned, because the extenssion got updated, or the action was deprecated or the plug-in could have been deleted or uninstalled from the program. Reaper saves such actions with this designation in case that extenssion or plug-in comes back.
